Kyndra Williams is the President of Kyndra Williams, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering at-risk individuals, families, and underserved communities through financial literacy, economic self-sufficiency, and educational initiatives. She is a nonprofit executive, financial management professional, and organizational leader with more than 13 years of experience supporting local and federal government organizations in financial management, budgeting, information technology, and strategic operations. As President, she provides executive leadership, oversees organizational governance, and guides the organization's strategic direction to ensure mission alignment, fiscal responsibility, and sustainable community impact.
Her professional experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for a nonprofit startup and as Assistant Budget Director for an organization with a budget exceeding $500 million, where she provided executive financial leadership, budget oversight, strategic planning, and organizational management. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Leadership and Management, where her research focuses on nonprofit governance, financial sustainability, and organizational effectiveness. Committed to strengthening mission-driven organizations and expanding opportunities for underserved communities, Kyndra is passionate about ethical leadership, sound financial stewardship, organizational excellence, and creating lasting community impact through education and service.
Stephanie Burrison
Stephanie Burrison is a nurse scientist, research leader, and healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical research, nursing leadership, and program management. She currently serves as a Supervisory Research Nurse Specialist, where she mentors research nurses, oversees complex clinical research programs, and advances evidence-based healthcare through research and innovation.
Stephanie's research experience spans more than 50 clinical trials across hematology, oncology, nephrology, natural history, dental and craniofacial research, and infectious disease studies. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Nursing Science, where her research focuses on the financial impacts on health and advancing equitable, patient-centered outcomes. Committed to strengthening healthcare systems and developing future healthcare leaders, Stephanie is passionate about research, collaboration, education, and service.
Aondosoo Vandefan
Aondosoo Vandefan is an accomplished business and operations leader with extensive experience in strategic planning, program management, risk management, organizational development, and service delivery. As the leader of VitalGuard Homecare, he is dedicated to building a trusted homecare organization that provides dependable, compassionate, and personalized support to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families needing assistance at home.
His leadership approach combines strong business management with a genuine commitment to improving clients’ quality of life. He focuses on recruiting and developing qualified caregivers, maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism, strengthening regulatory compliance, and creating efficient processes that support consistent service delivery.
Aondosoo brings valuable experience managing complex operations, leading cross-functional teams, resolving risks, developing performance metrics, and building strong relationships with clients, families, employees, healthcare professionals, and community partners. Through VitalGuard Homecare, his goal is to help clients maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and well-being while giving families confidence that their loved ones are receiving reliable and respectful care.
Brené Carrington
Brené Carrington is a communications, marketing, and social impact strategist who helps nonprofits, government organizations, and mission-driven initiatives strengthen their visibility, engage communities, and advance organizational goals. She is the Founder and Principal of KAUSE Marketing & PR, a social impact marketing firm providing strategic communications, marketing, public relations, digital strategy, and community engagement services. She also leads Neighbors of KAUSE, an initiative focused on strengthening small nonprofits and community organizations through collaboration, resources, funding and capacity building.
Brené’s professional experience spans nonprofit, healthcare, government, and technology organizations, including NAMI, Covenant House Greater Washington, the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, AnitaB.org, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the Maryland Department of Health. Her work includes developing communications strategies, leading public awareness initiatives, supporting community-centered programs, managing partnerships, and translating organizational missions into compelling communications that connect with diverse audiences. She is passionate about strengthening mission-driven organizations and using communications, collaboration, and strategic planning to expand opportunities for individuals and families and create sustainable community impact.
Wennifer Williams
Wennifer Williams is a real estate professional and Lean Six Sigma practitioner with extensive experience helping individuals and families navigate the home buying and selling process while promoting operational excellence and client-focused service. Her expertise combines strategic problem-solving, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes. Through her work in real estate, she has developed a strong understanding of wealth building through homeownership, community development, and the importance of creating sustainable opportunities for individuals and families.

Takeyrea Carter
Takeyrea Carter is a project management professional with experience supporting strategic initiatives Her background includes project coordination, organizational planning, stakeholder engagement, and the execution of cross-functional initiatives that strengthen operational performance and accountability. In addition to her professional experience, she has served on several youth advisory boards, where she contributed to programs centered on youth engagement, mentorship, and leadership development within the community.
Takeyrea is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Policy, expanding her knowledge of public policy, healthcare systems, and the factors that influence community well-being. As a member of the Board of Directors of Kyndra Williams, Inc., she contributes a project management perspective that supports effective program implementation, thoughtful planning, and organizational oversight.
